Our application process is easy, however, not everyone can wear the crown! In order to determine if It Girls is a right fit for both us and the performer, we use a three step process, and evaluate each applicant upon completion of each step. First, we start with interviews, then an orientation. Upon selection, you will go through our training program and learn from our top earners! Each applicant is required to test out at the end of their training.
