What is your most valued achievement?

Deciding to take charge of my life at a young age. I let nothing and no one stop me from finishing school, moving out to Vegas from Oregon to be with my boyfriend, (now fiancé), and taking this job. Also, becoming Model of the Month was a goal of mine when I started here 3 months ago. Now I can add that feather to my cap. I’m looking forward to many more achievements in life!

What is your favorite thing about being an It Girl?

Being an It Girl has helped me gain confidence in being myself and talking to people. I’ve surrounded myself with our team and it’s made me feel more comfortable and empowered. I feel like I’m growing as a person and as an individual. I enjoy being part of a great team with the same goal in mind, everyday.

How has It Girls helped you reach your goals?

It’s a "work hard, play hard" type of situation. It Girls helps bring out the person I am and the person I’m supposed to be. I’ve become more independent and stronger. I go after the things I want in life and I don’t take no for an answer!

Advice for future It Girls

This is just like every other great opportunity....it doesn’t come around too often. Just like in life, it’s what you make of it. So, make the very best out of everything you do, no matter what it is. No one is better than anyone else. A lack of talent can always be made up in drive and relentless hard work.
